"Harmony, Security, and Everlasting Peace" -- A Post Written in Crayon

Let's start with the writing itself, because I need everyone to really absorb what we're looking at here. This is a statement from the President of the United States. The man with the nuclear codes. The man who just started the largest military conflict in the Middle East since Iraq. And it reads like a Year 3 book report that got a participation ribbon.
